Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam

The promotion of the idea of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ has been one of the major focus areas of the government guided by the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi Ji. In his speech on 19th Novermber 2022 at Varanasi in Kashi Tamil Sangam he reiterated that “Our resolutions in ‘Amrit Kaal’ will be fulfilled by the unity and collective efforts of the whole country. India is the nation which has lived a natural culture for thousands of years by respecting mantra of “sam vo manasi jaanatham” (understanding each other’s mind). In our country, there is a tradition of remembering 12 Jyotirlingas from “Saurashtre Somanatham to ‘Setubande tu Ramesham’ after waking up in the morning. He recalled that we start our day by remembering the spiritual unity of the country. We recite mantras while taking bath and worshipping – ‘Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari and Kaveri reside in our waters! That is, we feel like bathing in all the rivers of India. We had strengthen this tradition and heritage of thousands of years of independence and make it the unity thread of the country. This will make us realise our duties, and being a source of energy to strengthen national unity. He wished the nectar that comes out of this Kashi Tamil Sangamam should be taken forward through research for the youth. These seeds should further become banyan tree of national unity. He said that the mantra ‘Nattu Nalane Namadu Nalan’ (National Interest is our Interest) should become the life mantra of our countrymen. In reality, it was a celebration of India’s might and characteristics, thus made the Kashi Tamil Sangamam unique.

There is no country like India, quite as diverse, multi-lingual and multi- cultural, yet bound together by the ancient bonds of shared traditions, culture and values. Such bonds need to be strengthened through enhanced & continuous mutual interaction between people of varied regions and ways of life so that it encourages reciprocity & secures an enriched value system of unity amongst people of different States in a culturally special country like India.

Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam is another unique exercise with the above objective of enhanced & continuous mutual interaction between people of varied regions and ways of life. Moreover, it will be a unique example showcase the oneness of India to the world that the Saurashtra Tamils have assimilated with traditions of Tamil Nadu and as well as preserved their language and traditions. Besides, the Saurashtra Tamils have actively participated in freedom movement and also contributed to the art, trade and industry of Tamil Nadu which earned GI tag for the Sarees and fabrics that they have produced with excellent skills.

சௌராஷ்டிரா தமிழ் சங்கமம்

மாண்புமிகு பாரதப் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடிஜி அவர்களின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையால் வழிநடத்தப்படும் ' ஏக் பாரத் ஸ்ரேஷ்டா பாரத்' (ஒரே பாரதம் உன்னத பாரதம்) என்ற யோசனையை மேம்படுத்துவது அரசாங்கத்தின் முக்கிய கவனம் செலுத்தும் பகுதிகளில் ஒன்றாகும்..

அவர் 19 நவம்பர் 2022 ஆம் தேதி வாரணாசியில் காசி தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தில் ஆற்றிய உரையில் " அமிர்த காலத்தில் நமது தீர்மானங்கள் நாட்டின் முழு ஒற்றுமையால் மற்றும் அனைவரின் கூட்டு முயற்சியால் நிறைவேற்றப்படும்" என்று மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்தினார். ‘சம் வோ மனசி ஜானதாம்’ (ஒருவருக்கொருவர் மனதைப் புரிந்துகொள்வது) என்ற மந்திரத்தை மதித்துத் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான ஆண்டுகளாக இயற்கையான கலாச்சார ஒற்றுமையுடன் வாழ்ந்த தேசம் இந்தியா என பெருமையுடன் கூறினார. மேலும், நம் நாட்டில், சௌராஷ்டிரத்தில் உள்ள சோமநாதர் முதல் சேதுபந்த ராமேஸ்வரம் வரை 12 ஜோதிர்லிங்கங்களை காலையில் எழுந்தவுடன் நினைவு கூரும் வழக்கம் உள்ளது. நாட்டின் ஆன்மீக ஒற்றுமையை நினைவு கூர்ந்து நமது நாளைத் தொடங்குகிறோம். அதே போல் நீராடி வழிபடும் போது, கங்கை, யமுனை முதல் கோதாவரி, காவேரி வரை உள்ள அனைத்துத் நதிகளும் நமது நீரில் குடியிருக்கட்டும் என்கிற மந்திரங்களை ஓதுவோம்! அதாவது இந்தியாவின் அனைத்து நதிகளிலும் குளிப்பது போல் உணர்கிறோம்.

சுதந்திரத்தின் பிறகு ஆயிரக்கணக்கான ஆண்டுகளின் இந்த பழமையையும் மற்றும் பாரம்பரியத்தையும் வலுப்படுத்தி நாட்டின் ஒற்றுமை இழையாக மாற்றியுள்ளோம். இவை நமது கடமைகளை உணர்த்துவதோடு, தேசிய ஒருமைப்பாட்டை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கான ஆற்றலாக இருக்கும். இந்த காசி தமிழ் சங்கமத்தில் இருந்து வரும் அமுதத்தை இளைஞர்களின் ஆராய்ச்சிக்காக முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்ல வேண்டும். இந்த விதைகள் மேலும் தேசிய ஒருமைப்பாட்டின் ஆலமரமாக மாற வேண்டும். ‘ நாட்டு நலனே நமது நலன்’ என்கிற தாரக மந்திரம் நம் நாட்டு மக்களின் வாழ்க்கை மந்திரமாக மாற வேண்டும். உண்மையில், இது இந்தியாவின் வலிமை மற்றும் சிறப்பியல்புகளின் கொண்டாட்டமாகும், இதனால் காசி தமிழ் சங்கமம் தனித்துவம் பெற்றது என கூறினார்.

இந்தியாவைப் போல வேறுபட்ட, பல மொழி மற்றும் பல பண்பாடு கொண்ட நாடு இல்லை, ஆனால் பகிரப்பட்ட பாரம்பரியங்கள், பண்பாடுகள் மற்றும் மதிப்புகளின் பண்டைய பிணைப்புகளால் பிணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. பல்வேறு பிராந்தியங்கள் மற்றும் வாழ்க்கை முறைகளின் மக்களிடையே மேம்பட்ட மற்றும் தொடர்ச்சியான பரஸ்பர தொடர்பு மூலம் இத்தகைய பிணைப்புகள் வலுப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும், இதனால், இந்தியா போன்ற பண்பாட்டு ரீதியாக சிறப்பு வாய்ந்த நாட்டில் வெவ்வேறு மாநில மக்களிடையே ஒற்றுமையின் செறிவூட்டப்பட்ட மதிப்பு அமைப்பை பாதுகாப்பதுடன் பரஸ்பரத்தையும் ஊக்குவிக்கிறது .

சௌராஷ்டிரா தமிழ் சங்கமம் என்பது பல்வேறு பகுதி மக்கள் மற்றும் அவர்களின் வாழ்க்கை முறைகளுக்கு இடையே மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட மற்றும் தொடர்ச்சியான பரஸ்பர தொடர்புகளை மேற்கூறிய நோக்கத்துடன் உருவாக்குகிற மற்றொரு சிறப்பு முயற்சியாகும். மேலும், சௌராஷ்டிரத் தமிழர்கள் தமிழ்நாட்டின் மரபுகளுடன் ஒன்றிணைந்து தங்கள் மொழி மற்றும் மரபுகளைப் பாதுகாத்து வருகிறார்கள் என்பதற்கு இது இந்தியாவின் ஒருமைப்பாட்டை உலகிற்கு எடுத்துக்காட்ட ஒரு தனித்துவமான உதாரணமாக இருக்கும். தவிர, சௌராஷ்டிர தமிழர்கள் சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத்தில் தீவிரமாகப் பங்கேற்றதோடு, தமிழ்நாட்டின் கலை, வர்த்தகம் மற்றும் தொழில்துறைக்கு பங்களித்துள்ளனர், இது அவர்கள் சிறந்த திறமையுடன் உற்பத்தி செய்த புடவைகள் மற்றும் துணிகளுக்கு புவிசார் குறியீடு பெற்றுள்ளது.

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર તમિલ સંગમ

ભારતના માનનીય વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીજીના વિઝન દ્વારા સંચાલિત 'એક ભારત શ્રી શ્તા ભારત' ના વિચારને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવાનું સરકારના મુખ્ય ફોકસ ક્ષેત્રોમાંનું એક છે .

તેઓ 19 નવેમ્બર 2022ના રોજ મળવાના છે વારાણસીમાં કાશી તમિલ સંઘને સંબોધતા , તેમણે પુનરોચ્ચાર કર્યો કે "અમૃતકાળમાં અમારા સંકલ્પો દેશની સંપૂર્ણ એકતા અને બધાના સામૂહિક પ્રયાસોથી પરિપૂર્ણ થશે ." ભારત એક એવું રાષ્ટ્ર છે જે હજારો વર્ષોથી ' સામ વો માનસી જનાદમ ' ( એકબીજાના મનને સમજવું ) મંત્રને માન આપીને કુદરતી સાંસ્કૃતિક સંવાદિતામાં જીવે છે. તેણે ગર્વથી કહ્યું . આગળ, આપણા દેશમાં, સૌરાષ્ટ્રમાં સોમનાથથી સવારે ઉઠ્યા પછી સેતુબંદ રામેશ્વરમ સુધીના 12 જ્યોતિર્લિંગોને યાદ કરવાનો રિવાજ છે . દેશની આધ્યાત્મિક એકતાનું સ્મરણ અમે અમારા દિવસની શરૂઆત ધમાકેદાર રીતે કરીએ છીએ . એ જ રીતે , જ્યારે આપણે પૂજામાં સ્નાન કરીએ છીએ , ત્યારે ગંગા, યમુનાથી લઈને ગોદાવરી અને કાવેરી સુધીની બધી નદીઓ આપણા જળમાં વાસ કરીએ. ચાલો મંત્રોનો પાઠ કરીએ ! એટલે કે આપણને ભારતની બધી નદીઓમાં સ્નાન કરવાનું મન થાય છે .

આઝાદી પછી આપણે હજારો વર્ષોની આ પરંપરા અને પરંપરાને મજબૂત બનાવીને દેશની એકતાનો દોર બનાવ્યો છે. આ આપણી જવાબદારીઓનું ભાન કરાવશે અને રાષ્ટ્રીય એકતાને મજબૂત કરશે. આ કાશી તમિલ સંગમમાંથી અમૃત યુવાનોના સંશોધન માટે આગળ વધારવું જોઈએ . આ બીજ વધુ રાષ્ટ્રીય એકતાનું વટવૃક્ષ બનવું જોઈએ. 'રાષ્ટ્રીય કલ્યાણ એ જ આપણું કલ્યાણ ' એ મંત્ર આપણા દેશવાસીઓનો જીવનમંત્ર બનવો જોઈએ. વાસ્તવમાં, તે ભારતની શક્તિઓ અને લાક્ષણિકતાઓની ઉજવણી છે , જે કાશી તમિલ સંગમને અનન્ય બનાવે છે .

ભારત જેવો વૈવિધ્યસભર, બહુભાષી અને બહુ- સાંસ્કૃતિક દેશ કોઈ નથી , પરંતુ સહિયારી પરંપરાઓ , રિવાજો અને મૂલ્યોના પ્રાચીન બંધનોથી બંધાયેલો છે . વિવિધ પ્રદેશો અને જીવનશૈલીના લોકો વચ્ચે ઉન્નત અને સતત ક્રિયાપ્રતિક્રિયા દ્વારા આવા બંધનને મજબૂત બનાવવું જોઈએ, જેનાથી પરસ્પરતાને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું જોઈએ અને ભારત જેવા સાંસ્કૃતિક રીતે વિશેષ દેશમાં વિવિધ રાજ્યોના લોકો વચ્ચે એકતાની સમૃદ્ધ મૂલ્ય પ્રણાલીને જાળવી રાખવી જોઈએ .

સૌરાષ્ટ્ર તમિલ સંગમમ એ અન્ય વિશેષ પહેલ છે જેનો હેતુ વિવિધ પ્રદેશોના લોકો અને તેમની જીવનશૈલી વચ્ચે ઉન્નત અને સતત ક્રિયાપ્રતિક્રિયા બનાવવાનો છે . ઉપરાંત, સૌરાષ્ટ્રના તમિલો તમિલનાડુની પરંપરાઓ સાથે એક થઈને તેમની ભાષા અને પરંપરાઓનું જતન કરી રહ્યા છે તે વિશ્વ માટે ભારતની એકતાનું અનોખું ઉદાહરણ હશે . આ ઉપરાંત, સૌરાષ્ટ્રના તમિલોએ સ્વાતંત્ર્ય સંગ્રામમાં સક્રિયપણે ભાગ લીધો હતો અને તમિલનાડુના કલા, વાણિજ્ય અને ઉદ્યોગમાં યોગદાન આપ્યું હતું, જેના કારણે તેઓ ખૂબ જ કુશળતાથી ઉત્પાદિત સાડીઓ અને કાપડ માટે ભૌગોલિક સંકેત મેળવતા હતા.
